Purchases made directly fromΒ sunninja.comΒ may be eligible for return withinΒ 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

- The item must be returned in itsΒ original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Used Products
Products that have beenΒ used, assembled, or show signs of wearΒ areΒ not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
This policy is in place to prevent misuse and ensure fairness to all customers.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or becomes faulty under normal use:

- Once verified, we willΒ replace or refund the item at no cost to you

- AΒ 20% restocking feeΒ will be deducted from the refund
