Sun Ninja offers 3 - 4 business day delivery anywhere in the Continental United States.

All expedited orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship on the next business day.

Sun Ninja’s fulfillment and shipping process is fully automated. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is immediately routed for shipment.

• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
• We are not liable for incorrect product selections (including size, color, or quantity) made by the customer.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

Purchases made directly from sunninja.com may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Used Products

Products that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

This policy is in place to prevent misuse and ensure fairness to all customers.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or becomes faulty under normal use:

• Please contact us with clear photo/video evidence
• Once verified, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you

If you wish to return an item that is unused and in original condition:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

Exchanges
