SHIPPING POLICY
Sun Ninja offers 3-4 BUSINESS DAY delivery anywhere in the USA Free of Charge. All expedited orders placed on weekends or public holidays will only ship on the next BUSINESS DAY.
Sun Ninja's fulfilment and shipping process is fully automated and once orders are received and payment processed the item ships automatically. Sun Ninja cannot and will not be help liable for incorrect shipping address's entered by the customers.
Sun Ninja will also not be liable for incorrect size/color items ordered by the customer.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY
We accept returns of products purchased from our website for up to 30 days after the purchase date. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee provided the product can be resold as NEW and is in the original packaging - We will asses all returns to make sure that there is no sand in the bags or on the poles or any other damage. If there is, we will unfortunately not be able to process the refund and the customer will be liable for return shipping . Sun Ninja is not responsible for return shipping charges. We stand behind the quality of our product and are pleased to offer the following warranty terms: Warranty Period: This Sun Tent is covered by an extended warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. You can register for the extended warranty through our Website under the Warranty Tab. Coverage: This warranty covers only factory defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, alterations, or improper assembly. Claims Process: In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at help@sunninja.com. Proof of purchase will be required to initiate the warranty process. Resolution: Upon verification of a factory defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product. If an exact replacement is not available, a comparable product may be provided. Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any unauthorised modifications or repairs void this warranty. Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, misuse, improper care, or any other conditions beyond normal intended use.
